How credits work, in full.
- What uses a credit
- Sending an invoice to a customer uses one credit. Receiving payments, sending reminders and using your dashboard don’t.
- Free credits
- 3 credits are added every month. They reset each month and don’t carry over.
- Bought credits
- Valid for 12 months from the date you buy them. Bundles never renew on their own.
- Automatic payment collection
- Optional. Payments are reconciled for you, with real-time notifications and receipts, for ₦500 per processed invoice.
- Manual collection
- Share your bank details on the invoice and confirm payments yourself. No transaction fee.
